Honor a Patient’s Life or Their Treatment at Swedish Medical Center

Often times, people wish to make a gift in memory of their loved one or in honor of the care they themselves received at Swedish. This site is designed to help you celebrate and honor the lives of those you care for and those who have cared for you or your loved one by creating a personal page.

Personal pages are easy to create. Simply register then you can begin creating your page by adding a photo and personal story. You will also have a page dashboard that you can use to email the link to your page to friends and family. A listing of popular areas of support can be found here.

When donations in honor of a loved one reach $5,000, the individuals name is placed in a special section of the Wall of Honor located at the Swedish – Seattle campus near the main lobby. This is a wonderful way to remember or honor a loved one.

Show Appreciation for Those Who Care with a Special Caregiver Gift

A Chance to Say Thank You

  • Is there someone special – a talented and skilled physician, a dedicated nurse or therapist - who made a difference in your care, or that of a loved one, when you needed it most?
  • Swedish Medical Center is proud to provide you with the opportunity to recognize a caregiver who exemplifies kindness, compassion and a commitment to your health, while you also support patient care here at Swedish.
  • There is no time like the present to say thank you to the caregivers who made a difference in your care experience.

How it Works

Honor an exceptionally compassionate caregiver with a donation to Swedish Medical Center. They will be notified and given special recognition when your gift is received. They will also be listed on our Swedish Caregiver Honor Roll.

Why Give

Swedish Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Swedish Medical Center, raising funds from the community to support the care and health of our patients.

Philanthropic support enables us to provide care to those who cannot afford care, purchase much-needed equipment, launch innovative medical programs, perform cutting-edge research, and build state-of-the-art facilities. By donating to Swedish Medical Center, you can express your gratitude while helping Swedish continue its work of supporting and advancing compassionate care.

For questions about how to create your page, or specific projects your page can support, please contact Jessica Taback, Assistant Director of Annual Giving, at jessica.taback@swedish.org.

Teresa

"The level of care they give is like no other. Words cannot express the gratitude that we have toward Dr. Foltz and his team. We just don’t know what we would do without them!"

"I would like to thank all of the doctors and nurses at Swedish NICU. We will never forget our experience at Swedish Medical Center for the rest of our lives.
