Why Give?

Popular Areas of Support

Philanthropic support enables us to provide care to those who cannot afford care, purchase much-needed equipment, launch innovative medical programs, perform cutting-edge research, and build state-of-the-art facilities. By donating to Swedish Medical Center, you can express your gratitude while helping Swedish continue its work of supporting and advancing compassionate care.

You can feel confident about your donation to Swedish Medical Center, because 100% of every gift will go to the program or project YOU choose. There are hundreds of current projects and programs across all of our campuses that would benefit from your support. Here are just a few of our most popular:

Where the Need is Greatest

Giving an unrestricted donation allows Swedish to respond to opportunities as they arise. These gifts help Swedish maintain excellent patient services, support life enhancing research and developing exciting new programs like the stroke telemedicine program, which enables neurologists to consult virtually with hospitals and emergency departments across the region.

Swedish Cancer Institute

By donating to the Cancer Institute, you can join the fight against cancer in a meaningful way. Your participation plays a crucial role in providing essential programs with the technology, equipment and resources needed to turn the latest medical research into outstanding clinical care.
